My coverage for L'Equipe published in the November issue of France Football magazine
Sharing this with you is a pleasure
Of course, it’s a real pleasure to share this work here. It marks my debut as an official photographer for L’Équipe. Having the chance to do it in the city where I live makes it both a personal and professional joy.
This assignment was particularly enjoyable because, not being a sports photographer in the traditional sense, I was given great freedom to interpret the event through my own perspective, perfectly aligned with France Football’s editorial approach, which goes beyond the game itself to explore its human and social dimension. That allowed me to focus deeply on the emotions and atmosphere surrounding the match, before, during, and after.
Out there on the field, with my gear, perhaps not what most would consider “adequate” for sports, especially the Yongnuo 50mm on my Canon 5D, I still managed to produce a body of work I’m proud of. The team at L’Équipe loved the results, and that’s the best feedback I could ask for. I know next time I’ll do even better.
The World Cup is coming. 2026 is going to be a very interesting year.

This is awesome work!
